Stillman's/M/E fast tomorrow for three days...

O.k.

I just made a two egg omelett cooked in PAM for tomorrow's breakfast.
Put a bunch of shrimp in my Foreman grill cooked in PAM for tomorrow's lunch.
Will have chicken cutlets in the Foreman Grill for dinner. Tons of water.

Does this sound o.k?

Doing this for three days.
Clairtique
P.S. I don't currently have much of an appetite.

Sounds good for M/E. As I understand it - all meat and eggs and very little fat. I think additional fat is OK for flavor but use sparingly.

Looks good to me , now I'm hungry! This weekend I was going to get a george forman grill, I've heard a lot of good things about it recently (I know it's been out for a long time, I'm slow ) but now I'm ready to get one.

Charmed... you can use a bit of mayo with your tuna.... Kimmer's experiment calls for just enough fat to make it good. I'm on ME and once in a while I'll have some mayo with some meat... it's all about portion control.

And I am in very deep ketosis (oh, that awful taste in mouth!!!!!!!!!)
