The thing that was most helpful to me is listening to some old-time stillmansers. I found a great group of gals on the challenge board. "Hunni" there, in perticular, was a wealth of suport and info. They have a weekly on-going group..and start a new thread each Monday (so look for a title like "stillmansers week of sept. 13th") Basically the idea is to stick to the list and the list only. Eat as needed ( I tend to eat more the first 1-2 days..once deep ketosis kicks in..I eat way less) Calories should be about 600-800 once in deep ketosis..and eat as needed. It's not the easiest plan to follow..and it's very boring and very little selection..but can work if you work it. I do it for only 1-2 weeks at most. I used Atkins for 95% of my loss..and think of it more in the lines of a meat or fat fast. It can be done longer..but know very few who can do it for more then a few weeks.
