Anyone do Stillmans? I have a question....

Hello!

I was recently reading about Stillmans on the website, and the Stillman repetition diets.

I read that the repetition diets are suitable for daily use inbetween stillman days.

Is there a recommended length that you should be on Stillmans before using the repetition diets, and how long should you do them for?

Thank you!!

What is a "repetition" diet? Stillman's is repetitive lowfat protein, actually ... if you skip the cheese.
