Stillmans....
I have a big event to go to on Saturday night, how much weight do you think I could lose if doing Stillmans for the next 4 days? Has any one herfe done the plan and how much did you lose in a short space of time.
I've been messing around with my eating recently and need to give myself a kick in the posterior!! Any ideas? Thanks Gina |

Being perfectly honest? Maybe 5-6 total pounds, including 'water weight', but not enough to make a difference in how you "look", if you know what I mean. It's different for someone at goal weight ... 5-6 pounds is a dress size then (I can practically guarantee that the actresses you see on the red carpet during the Oscars all did a Stillman-type diet that week!)
The danger of Stillman's or any of the other "fasts" is using them as crash diets ... lazy eating, then being overly strict for a week to compensate. BTW, if you do Stillman's skip the BB version with the cheese desserts. Those calories are not the intent of Stillman's, provide no nutrition, and may even actually cause you to gain! Enjoy your event! ![]() |
