Kristina..

First there is a great group of ladies who do Stillman's in the Challenge room..might want to go there and check out some threads. They start a new one each Monday..this weeks one has been a little slow.

And second..I think the way you add back in veggies and how much is a personal choice. As you know..there are no veggies for Stillman's (very low-fat, low-carb, low-fun) So I always think of it more like a fast..then a wol. When I go from Stillman's back to Atkins..I find doing it very slow is best. As not to have a big water bounce. I simply do one week of clean Stillman's, one week of Stillkins (which is stillma's with 1-2 small salads a day added) and then slowly add back in some fat for week 3. Having done it this way..I never gain the loss back..and usually still manage to lose anther 1-2 lbs the 1-2 weeks after at least.

In Dr. Stillman's plan you eat lean protein and nonfat/low fat cheese (the less the better).

As you near goal, Dr. Stillman suggests you begin adding back veggies. An ideal method would be to transition to "old style" Atkins Induction, focusing on very low carb veggies, maybe .5-1.0 cup twice a day.

As with any program, be sure to take a Centrum type vitamin each day!

Eww..thanks Kimmer for remiding me! Just make sure whatever vitamin you take.it has no iron! Stillman's tends to cause constipation in some..and iron will plug ya up but good! Also..I have to take extra fiber pills...the lack of veggies..and lean protein make me a not very happy camper
