2nd day of Stillman's - did I mess up?

I have been maintaining since October of 2003 - not really by choice, just by too many off days. I'd eat LC for a couple weeks, then totally blow it. At least I didn't gain any of the weight back, but I didn't loose any either.
I decided it was time to get serious again and started Stillman's to hopefully get be back into ketosis ASAP.
Today I had beef jerkey - was that really bad?????
Here is what I've been eating
Yesterday:
breakfast: 2 hb eggs
lunch: 2 hamburger patties (cooked on George Forman)
snack: 2 hb eggs
dinner: chicken breast
snack: hb eggs
Today:
breakfast: 2hb eggs
early lunch: chicken breast
snack: beef jerkey - I was totally starving - was at school getting my room ready for the year
dinner: 1.5 hamburger patties
snack: hb egg

So, what do you think? TIA

icats..not real bad..but also a bit off the Stillman's Plan. Beef Jerky has a few carbs..and tons of salt..so best bet is to keep going with the eggs..or you can also have 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese for a snack untill your appitite goes down. If your unsure....or just want some suport..come hang out with us on the Challenge Stillman's thread! It's a great group of gals..and the suport is sooo helpful!

P.S. Just a side note..but you ned to figure out a plan for after Stillman's! Being in deep ketosis will help..but if you don't figure out why you keep cheating..chances are your going to go off once your Stillman's stint is over..and it's very easy to gain comming off it.
