No website, but a good challenge thread. Stillmans is so clear cut and simple though. Just eat lean protein, eggs, and cottage cheese (low fat). You can eat sugar free jello for desert. Thats it. Very simple. Don't eat anything else. No fats, even to cook with. I grill chicken or fish or steak every day. I scramble my eggs in a non stick pan with a little Pam. Much easier to get down than plain boiled eggs. I lost 5 lbs in 5 days doing this. I tried Atkins, South Beach, and Fat Flush. This is the only thing that works for me.

I agree. Look on the Challenge board. There is a post from last week by Hunni that gives a link to Stillman's rules and some recipes. Very helpful.
I have been doing Kimkins (old school Atkins), but had a really bad weekend. I got back on track last week, but started Stillman's this past Monday. I have lost 4.5 pounds in two days!! I'm not sure it could be a long term woe; it is *really* bland. But I'm loving the weight loss, so I'll "suffer"!! HTH!! ![]() |
