What is the meat/egg fast and stillmans?

I've seen this scattered about on the board and wondering exactly what it is. Do you eat nothing but meat and eggs? For how long? I finally got under 200 and now I want to quickly get to my next goal of 185. Thanks!

Meat/Egg Fast should be any meat or eggs, any style. Some on the Meat/Egg Fast Challenge are including small amounts of veggies.

Stillman's is LEAN protein plus lowfat cheese, no extra fat. Some have 'modified' to include items not allowed by Dr. Stillman (like yogurt), so be careful!

There are threads for both plans on the Challenge forum board!
