I'm not quite sure of stillman's apart from lean protein? can you have veges? I'll just put down some ideas and you can fish (lol excuse the pun) what you can/can't have

But what about:

Parsley, Lemon Juice and a splash of olive oil

urm... if you like hot Coriander (cilantro i think you call it), little bit of chilli and lime juice (or just leave out the chilli)

if you can have grated cheese why not mix it up and make some melts?

I don't think mayo is really in the list of things to eat, but sometimes when doing Stillman's I use some fat free mayo.

Fortunately I can eat tuna straight from the foil pouch w/o a problem. I usually eat it at the same time as a HB egg. How about mustard? That is allowed on Stillmans.

I mixed it with FF sour cream when I was doing Stillmans. I also made it with mustard. My dad always made tuna with mustard when I was growing up and I had forgotten that I actually like it made that way.

Maya,

No added fats on Stillman's..so no olive oil or mayo (some use ff mayo..but it is not on the stillman's list). Some of the girls used mustard...or ff dressings. I'd head over to the Stillman's post in the challenge group and ask there. Some of them have done Stillman's for months..and may have some other ideas..

I eat mine plain with a tiny bit of lemon juice and salt and pepper...but not my favorite Stillman's protein due to no mayo LOL
