On Stillmans, can you have lean ground hamburger?

Neeeeeed to know! Been doing Stillmans, and hubby is bbqing burgers.

Anyone know?

Yes, it's OK ... keep in mind that Stillman's is a calorie game, the fewer the better the loss.

When beef is ground for hamburger, fat is added to help lower the cost per pound and provide moisture so the meat doesn't fall apart (if you ground pure flank steak, formed patties and BBQ, they'll fall apart into chunks on the grill because flank is leaner).
