Bacon on Stillmans???
I am going to start a three day Stillman approach and was wondering if bacon is ok? Also, what is Pot cheese, and finally, what can I expect from this as far as weight loss and getting going into ketosis? Anyy feedback is greatly appreciated.

Stillman consists of only very low fat proteins. No bacon allowed, as bacon is mostly fat.
Atkins offers you the chance to eat rich and nutritious foods, full of variety and flavor. Make your choice. |

Bacon isn't allowed because Stillman's focuses on lean protein to produce the quickest weight loss. Pot cheese isn't common in the US, but some use cottage cheese. If you want the best success with Stillman's don't fall into the "fat free cheese" dessert recipes. Check out the Stillman's thread on the Challenge forum for more info and support. ![]() |
