I am soooooo sick of not losing weight. Questions about Stillman's.
I did lose a pound last week, I was so surprised since it's been so long that I've seen a loss, but today I weighed and it's back. I'm not losing inches either.
So, I'm thinking about Stillman's. I know it says no greases or fat or anything, but would it still work well if I used Pam to cook with? I hate boiled meat. And our oven sucks, I can't even turn it on, I have to get one of my parents to light it first 'cause it leaks so we have to keep the gas off when we're not using it. And then what about adding veggies back once you're done? I want to do this right so I don't gain back anything. Do you add them real slow? How many how fast? What should your fat and protein ratios be like and how many calories? Should they be kept low? What's a good amount of time to stay on Stillman's? Ummm, I think that's all of my questions....
