I just wanted to pop in say if you have been stalled while strictly doing Atkins or a similar plan....you may want to try to break your stall w/ KISS prior to trying Stillman's or Fat fast. Both Stillman's and Fat fast are VERY STRICT and sometimes hard to stick with. I am currently doing Stillman's, but I find I also lose great w/ KISS...
I PM'd you some KISS links, not sure if I am supposed to post links in a posting or not...Good luck! I don't have any info on Fat Fast...sorry. Nessy |

Come join us in the FEM challenge on the challenge board. We fat/meat fast first Mon. of each month (this monday!).
I've done Stillmans the past 2 days and am happy to say I am down 2 this am. My friend who is also doing Stillmans with me has dropped 6 in 2 days!!! It is tough to stick with, yes. I even splurged last nite w/ 2 pcs lc bread and 1tbsp lc peanut butter, since I had no meat thawed. Still seemed to work ok. Good luck w/ whichever plan you choose!! |

Just want to add..that Stillman's or meat/fat fast (whichare both in theatkins book...stillman's is not an atkins fast) can help break a stall. However, it is also important to figure out why your stalled. If your eating products, eating stall foods, toomany calories, etc. and you go back to that same routine after the "fast" chances are stalls will happen more and more.
Take the time..even if your going to do a fast..to figure out what is slowing or stopping your loss. So youhave the tools when going off the fast, to keepl osing on a long-term woe ![]()
