Help! Question about Stillman's.

I'm compiling my grocery list and I don't want to make any errors. I'm planning on doing Stillman's for 14 days and then coming back to Atkin's induction. I know that I can have cottage cheese made with skim milk. Is fat free cheese or other cheeses such as mozzarella that are made with skim milk permissible? Can I have sugar free jello with fat free/sugar free topping or even just sugar free jello? Anyone that is familiar with the in's and out's of Stillmans, please come to the rescue. I could not find the book and I'm going on what I could locate on the internet.

You can have fat free cottage cheese in moderation but I don't think you should have other cheeses, oh, it does allow pot cheese but I'm not sure what that is.

As far as sugar free jello, I've seen a lot of people who eat it and are fine, but I know aspertane can stall people so just be careful. And the people who eat it do say you can have diet coke b/c they have the same caloric makeup (diet coke and s/f jello).

As far as the fat free topping for the jello, I haven't seen that on the Stillmans allowable list and I haven't really seen Stillmans people use it - but someone else will probably follow and let you know.

Other than that, just eat plenty of lean meats and eggs and good luck.

Daisy, (love that name), Yes, you may have skim milk cheeses. Only if they are made with skim milk, Not Part Skim. SF jello is on his list in the book, so don't worry. I wouldn't add topping to the jello because any Sf FF topping will have carbs. Also, 1 t of ketchup, (I still don't get it), and 1 t of ****tail sauce is allowed along with mustard and vinegar. Good luck with this. I am also trying this plan, as my weight loss has just stopped with Atkins.
