Stillman's question
Is tuna allowed on Stillman's?
It is not listed on any of the Stillman's lists of acceptable foods and I wasn't sure if it is considered a LEAN fish or not. |

I think tuna is fine. Back when Dr. Stillman wrote this diet, I believe that they only had tuna packed in oil, which isn't lowfat. That is most likely why it isn't on the acceptable foods list. It is lowfat so I say it is ok. Hope this helps.

I ate a lot of tuna when I did Stillman and had no problems. As a matter of fact, I was quite successful. I love to eat it right out of the pack without any mayo, etc. The Hickory Smoked is really good. Good Luck.
