carb countdown milk on stillman's?
happy new year everyone from a long time lurker. i just found the hoods carb countdown beverage near me and have tried the fat free version for the first time today. its really great not watery at all like regular skim milk. i was just wondering if it was ok to drink this on stillmans? if kimmer or someone else would be kind enough to offer some advice, it would be greatly appreciated. i figure if i keep my carbs low enough and calories low enough i could still lose just as easily incorporating this into stillmans. ive gained about 10 lbs this month...living in an hispanic household with special christmas food traditions can be HARD as the scale has told me (lol) but this carb countdown drink is great...only 70 cals per cup.
thanks' ~Z~

I've never tried this, (not in my midwest area) but I just seen Atkin's endorsing it in their latest order cat. They/Atkin's has a yogurt coming out with Hood milk in it. They state it's suppose to be in the local stores soon..
I'm very curious to try these lc milks. Nesee |

No, you can't have it on Stillman's, but there's nothing to say you can't design your own LC plan?
Fiddle around with your numbers and see what works! ![]() |
