Question re: STILLMANS + Cottage Cheese .. pls help

Atkins has made it clear that cottage cheese was too high in carbs to eat on induction..... and not to be afraid of fats....whereas Stillman's encourages cottage cheese.. let alone LOW-FAT/FAT FREE cottage cheese.

How the heck are you supposed to get into ketosis eating that?

Just curious. Hope someone responds.

The idea behind Stillman's is to eat as little as possible. Cottage cheese would be about .5 cup serving (size of kid's pudding cups). Although it's higher in carbs, since it's practically the only thing you're eating that HAS carbs, you get into ketosis quickly.
