stillmans plateau buster

has anyone tried stillmans for quick weight loss plateau buster,its low fat ,lean meats and poultry. i definitely feel less full without the butter,mayo,bacon cream ,etc. the firstday ,i think dr atkins is right about fat being your friend and an integral part of the atkins plan.

hi Gary, there are a few of us on Stillmans at the moment, i have lost most of my 82lb on it actually
