Here you go:

Kiss Guidelines

Info on Stillman's

and finally...

Fat Fast info

I have found KISS to be the most effective and sustainable of the three options. But that is just my own personal observation and experience.

lil miss - The difference is in the fat. Stillman's is LOW FAT. Meat fast is just meat - but fatty meats are fine. Stillman's you choose very very lean meat and have some other items besides just meat - such as nonfat cottage cheese.

Before you try one of those things you need to evaluate what you are currently doing. Do you use Fitday? How many calories per day are you eating? Do you drink water, exercise? What about alcohol? Do you eat bars, shakes, sf candy or any other processed LC foods?

I don't know anything about KISS or stillmans because I never had to resort to that. Some people need to do stillmans, fat fast, etc. because they are extremely metabolically resistant, but you should evaluate everything carefully before you take that step IMO.

I agree with Julia. Why don't you post a menu including:

1. Beverages
2. Exercise
3. Supplements
4. Medications

And we can take a look at that. Maybe we'll be able to pinpoint potential stallers so that you don't have to resort to a special plan.

SORRY

accidentally posted before I meant to.

I WAS frequently having a glass of wine with dinner but have stopped except for the weekend b/c I recognize that may be a staller for me. I am 7 pounds from goal, have kept carbs at 20 or below since I started March 3rd, think I have kept them too low for two long so am trying to bring them up. At least once a week my calories go way up to 2000, usually if I have wings when the family eats pizza. I go to Curves 3 days a week and I run 2 miles/day 3 other days a week. I just started taking Accel today....PS I also succumb to sf candy one week per month [PMS] so didnt buy any this month but made my own and ate too much of that too, I guess I just cant have it anywhere near me, EVER, no matter what form...

I dont know whether to cut out dairy, or have less protein, I frequently go above 80 grams, like to 100...

Any ideas? Really want to get to goal but need a good kick in the butt....Give it to me straight!
