Stillmans question
For those of you who have tried Stillmans to break a stall, just wanted to know how you transitioned back into Atkins. I've been doing Stillmans for almost 1 week (tomorrow), and have lost 8lbs so far. Seems quite drastic for me even though I'm not starving myself, have been drinking 1 gallon of water daily since starting Atkins, and also exercise. I'm going to stay on Stillmans for 1 more week to break the 200 mark, then return to Atkins starting with veggies (which I miss).
Any advice on how to return without gaining back the loss would be greatly appreciated ![]() |

I have been doing stillmans for around 6-7 weeks and staying around 600-700 calories a day. Just yesterday I started the transition back to atkins. I am adding veggies slowly but keeping calories low...then I will slowly up the cals to around 1000 and see what happens.
