questions about stillman's
I´m trying to break a stall here, with Stillman's. I was just wondering for how long I should do it and should I then go right back on induction? Is there anyone there who has done this?

I did it to break a stall. I stayed on it about three weeks. I was in the OWL phase so I just gradually eased back into Atkins afterward. Lost about 8 lbs and did not gain any of the weight back.

hi Kla..... there is a great ( ok i am biased
) Stillmans group on the challenges board, lots of people use it to break a stall or loose a few extra stubborn lb's, the amount of time you decide to use it is up to you, lots just do it for a few days or a week, the best plan for going back to Atkins afterwards is to ease back into it gently... as Jonah's Granny said, add back veg first and off you go, HTH |
