Stillman Diet question

I want to eat fish on this diet, but don't see salmon listed. I know it says if it's not on the list don't eat it. I really only like salmon, would it be such a no no?

i eat salmon on stillmans. Its not as lean as tuna or mahi mahi, but on a fat/calorie/protein content its equal with eggs. balance it with an ultra low fat selection for the day.

there's a group doing stillmans over on the challenge board, drop by with any questions.

If a person wants to know about Stillman's how would they find out about it? Is there a book, or a website? Just wondering. Thanks.

I know that there is a Stillman's challenge. but I don't want to go there with a million questions if there is a book that I can read.

This is how I found out about it. Reading the book I am sure is a must. No info here.

I pop into to the Stillmans challenge from time to time and always get a good responce. There are alot of great people, and good answers there!!
I can tell you it is a great way to jump start your diet, it does work! I occasionally get bored on it though and just slowly start adding foods back in and maintain the weight loss on Atkins then when I am ready to start working back towards my goal I go back to Stillmans. I don't lose on Atkins because there is so much good food and I have a tough time keeping it under 20 carbs a day! I don't lose when I go over that!
Have a great weekend!
