I know that there is a Stillman's thread over on the challenge board. They should be able to help you alot. My understanding is that it's lean meats, low fat cottage cheese and that's about it. No veggies, I do know that.

BIg,

Come on over and join us on the Stillman's weekend post. we keep it going all weekend and then someone re-strts is daily during the week.

There is a link I believe on last firdays post. but if yoy have the rules..you'll know it's ultra strict. The basics are lean meat (no skin on chicken) eggs (preferably hard boiled..but can be soft boiled or scrambled, with pam only...no oil allowed like butter) soft cheeses (like cottage and ricotta..some also do ff cheese slices but this is NOT on the original stillman's food list) and spices. No veggies, fruit or oil.

There are some days posted over there..not all are 100% byt the stillman's list..so you have to decide how clean your going to eat. Typical day for me is this

B: 2 hard boiled eggs
S: chicken breast 4 oz
L: 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
S: 1 hard boiled egg
D: 6 oz steak (very lean) or fish broiled..or even boiled/broiled shrimp

it's strict..some say keep calories around 500-600..I personaly can't go that low or I feel ultra sick. I ate when hungry and kept portions of protein to 6 oz or less. eating 4-6 times a day. I still lost very well.

Remember whatever protein you cook..you can't do it in oil..so crock pot..broiling, or baking with spices is best.

For more questions or help..come on over to the stillman's challenge and ask
