Stillmans or KISS...can someone help me?

Hi all,
As I posted earlier I have been seriously off track and gained back 4 lbs. I want to start fresh and was wondering if I should go back on induction with no dairy, or should I do stillman's for a few days to get right back in ketosis. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Alie

Stargirl, sorry I shut off 'signatures' so I can't see your stats if you're showing them.

How much do you have to lose?

I think 3 days of original Stillman is a great way to get into ketosis FAST and is a good 'discipline' experience.

I'm not sure of the rules for KISS, but it's back to basics which is A-OK with me!

If you aren't in ketosis now (appetite suppression), Stillman's is rough the first 2 days. Plan ahead for what lean protein you're going to eat and keep a supply of hard boiled eggs on hand. You really can only eat so many HB eggs!

Stillman's is very low calorie, very low carb, which is why ketosis occurs so quickly, as does weight loss.

It's designed at 500-650 calories. Don't load up on FF stuff which is what happens too frequently on this BB. Some people are up to 1500 calories with steaks and string cheese, LOL!

I drank a lot of diet Coke and diet 7-Up during the first 2 days. The carbonation helps a lot (drink as much as you like!)

LOL Here's a vote for KISS~

I was too hungry on Stillmans, but with KISS the added vegetables really helps the hunger. Good luck to you! And there are challenges for both plans over there in the challenge boards.
