stillmans menu

I am on atkins but i am doing stillmans for a few days to break a stall. these are my menus is this right.


tuesday

three boiled eggs breakfast

grilled skinless chicken lunch


baked part skim parmesan chicken no skin supper

32 oz of water ( i know not enough)


Wednesday


three scrambled eggs no fat added breakfast

Lean deli ham lunch

Baked parmasan chicken

32 oz of water
snack part skim moz string cheese.

Melissa, looks good to me!

Keep a plan in mind for when you exit Stillman's. Returning to how you were eating will produce the same 'stall'. At your current weight, a steady loss would have been expected. When you exit Stillman, maybe try adding limited veggies and very limited fats. It will give you an excellent opportunity to discover where you're "over" (overeating carbs, protein or fats).
