what is Stillmans?...
I have been low carbing for over 4 months. My weight loss has been very slow this time around. I did Atkins after my daughter was born over 2 years ago and did great. I lost over 10 pounds during induction and 20 more and kept it off until I got pregnant again. Since my son was born over 4 months ago I have been doing Atkins again. I have not had as much success in weight loss although my body fat has dropped 9% due to working out.
Anyway, my question is what is STillmans? Where can I find out about it? Could that possibly jumpstart some weight loss? Thank you! |

I don't think I'd be able to get in ketpsis on it - I need plenty of fat to get it started. If I have just lean protein, it takes me over 6 days with exercise to show trace, and I still feel hypoglycemia-like symptoms.
Besides, it is pretty boring. I wouldn't last long on it, without my broccoli. |

I went on it for three days last week. For three days it's a pretty easy thing to do.
I was in a six week stall and by just following the simple rules for 3 days I lost 6lbs last week. I am doing it again this week. But ONLY for three days. Then on Thursday I eat my veggies. I lost consistently last week. It's not the most fun thing to do, but it's completely doable for a couple days. Good luck! |
