stillman manu anyone?

Hi there
Is anyone doing stillmans, I stupidly crashed and burned yesterday and need to get back on track!
So if anyone is on the stillmans thing and can give me some tips and menu plans it would be much appreciated
Have had a 2 egg omellete so far and a salmon steak in the legal tom sauce tho realised salmon may not be low fat enough for true stillman meal oops
how much sauce can you have in one day?
thanks for listening

You must be following the BB version of Stillman's (with all the 'recipes' and high calorie choices).

Original Stillman's doesn't have any sauces. It's stark, serious and produces dramatic weight loss.

Original Stillman's is aimed at 500-650 calories a day. Check your Fitday and see where you are.

hmmm...

I don't know anything about Stillman's. However I do know something about manners and I am disappointed to find a poster who would critique a post by the spelling rather than respond to the content. It's appalling to me that folks come here for support and help yet someone finds it in their heart to suggest grammar lessons. Give me a break. Are you the one that stops the very obese person in the grocery store to ask them why they want to eat that candy bar?? I've seen a couple others here attack someone's writing and my heart was heavy for the poster. I was but a few days new to the board at that time.

I'm trying very hard to not make any mistakes here; to be quite perfect for the last poster, but let me tell you that I have many posts where I have no time to worry about capitals, punctuation or grammer. I hurry through and go on. I suggest you be quite careful in your future posts because others may be watching you and waiting to correct you as well.

Cindy

LOL (about the critique)

Anyway....back to subject lol

I think Kimmer is also right. On the occasion that I do Stillman's, I try to stay away from the cheeses and sauces that have been permitted in the BB version. I tried the BB version twice and each time had cravings because of the hidden sugars in the sauces, etc. So now I just try and stick to meats....the first day is the real test but after that you are in ketosis and eating is not such a big deal. I started today and plan to stay on Stillmans until Thurs. or Fri. so I can get my 50 lb banner.

Sorry!!!

Geez!! What a knucklehead am I!! I am sitting here smiling with embarrassment and laughing at myself.

Thanks everyone for not being hard on my lashing out. When I first started here there was a very harsh post about someone's grammar or punctuation or spelling or something. I was too new and too shy to say anything at that time. It was really appalling to see folks get so nasty about someone's writing. As a newbie I was too shy to get in and say something but it really provoked an emotional response from me. My profession is working with folks who have disabilities. I've learned that people have unique ideas and opinions no matter their lot in life.

I'm glad this turned out to be someone teasing themself. Sheesh. I think I'll just concentrate on my new way of eating.

Thank you and all the best,
Cindy
