south beach phase one

I am going to start the SB phase one diet tommorow. The food list that is posted on this website is quite extensive compared to the list of foods in the book. Is it a true list? Example: It says we should have or can have lowfat milk each day?? Excited to see more foods on the list but I want to lose weight so I just wanted to be sure that I will be eating the right things.

The food list in the sticky is fine to use. Yes, you can have milk!
