Hello everyone. My name is Okie. I am on Phase 2 of SBD. I started the diet on 5/18/2013. How is everyone, doing?

Hi Okie - Penny here. I started with a combo of phase 1 with a little p2 thrown in now and then. I am down about 5 pounds. I realized that was not the way to go, as one of the old-timers told me rather quickly. Phase 1 is there for a reason, which became obvious as I am still having problems with cravings. Sooooo, I am resolved to do p1 as written!!! Wish me luck...

I've been struggling too, after eating some carbs on Saturday. I knew it would be tough to stick with the plan where I was going, and I did the best I could, but the rest of the day got away from me. Sunday was ok, but the next couple weeks are going to be tough. I'm tougher though, and will stick it out as best I can. If I feel like I haven't made much progress, I will do two weeks of Phase 1 when the excitement is over.

I have family coming from Atlanta, my daughter is coming home for a weekend (she's in the Air Force), then my other daughter and I are going to visit her the weekend of my birthday. Throw a few other odds and ends in, and I won't have time to breathe until after the weekend of the Fourth. Wouldn't give up a single thing, as it's all fun stuff, but it will be tiring!
