Amount of fat on SB?!

Hi all!

I have a SB specific question. I find myself very confused because people in the main lobby always post about eating more fat, but SB is supposed to be a good fat/low carb regimen. My question is, am I eating enough fat?! I have 30-40g daily. About 1200-1300 calories and net 50-70 carbs. I'm doing an extended phase 1 thing. Do you count fat/cal/carbs and what has your experience been? I lost 30p in 3 months and am at a shirt plateau (1.5 weeks so far) and wonder if I'm doing something wrong. I don't think so, but appreciate your thoughts!

You would need to pose some menus so we can see exactly what you are eating. Are you following the SB guidelines? If so, you should be fine. 1.5 weeks is not a plateau. It's life.

FWIW, I don't subscribe to the eat more fat, drench everything in grease, school of eating. 30 lbs in 3 mos is fantastic. If you want to post menus for more specific feedback, please do. We would be happy to take a look.

Hi, thanks for your reply. You're right - it hasn't been very long. But i'd still appreciate the critique of my menu. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to export data from *** though. Let me try to figure it out and i'll post a few days of menus.
