Whoa! Lost 11lbs in A WEEK!

I've never had weight loss this fast.

Ever.

I've been doing low carb since September but I had a mini break recently for about a month or so where I ate off plan for one meal a day (but no more than that). I slowly gained back about 7lbs of the 30+lbs that I had lost. It was an intentional break from plan as I had stalled and know that in the past, carb refeeding helped. I ended up doing it a few weeks longer than planned because of extreme stress in my life. It happens, didn't beat myself up over it too much.

But as of last Monday I got back on track. I am doing South Beach Phase 2 and to be honest this is my first time getting past Phase 1! I've always done phase 1 til I reached my desired weight loss or fell off the wagon.

I am also following the Blood Type Diet, which leaves me with no dairy, processed meats, mushrooms, cauli, etc.

Well I could not be more happy right now.

I know the weight loss will taper off but I just had to share. Did not see this coming.

And then I totally went off plan and gained 4lbs back... sigh.

Back on track now. No excuses.

I'm getting ready for a big move and have just been exhausted, using that as my excuse to eat toast and soup instead of broc and chicken. Bad me.

hehe thank you!! I'm trying not to give myself too much guilt when I go off plan because honestly my "off plan" eating is very very very mild compared to what I used to eat. I've still accomplished something no matter how long it takes me to reach my goal.
