Whoa! Lost 11lbs in A WEEK!
I've never had weight loss this fast.
I've been doing low carb since September but I had a mini break recently for about a month or so where I ate off plan for one meal a day (but no more than that). I slowly gained back about 7lbs of the 30+lbs that I had lost. It was an intentional break from plan as I had stalled and know that in the past, carb refeeding helped. I ended up doing it a few weeks longer than planned because of extreme stress in my life. It happens, didn't beat myself up over it too much.
But as of last Monday I got back on track. I am doing South Beach Phase 2 and to be honest this is my first time getting past Phase 1! I've always done phase 1 til I reached my desired weight loss or fell off the wagon.
I am also following the Blood Type Diet, which leaves me with no dairy, processed meats, mushrooms, cauli, etc.
Well I could not be more happy right now.
I know the weight loss will taper off but I just had to share. Did not see this coming. :jumpjoy: :jumpjoy: :jumpjoy: :jumpjoy:
