I bought lowfat Sorrento Ricotta today. YUKKKK!!!! I usually buy part skim which tastes really good, but for just a tiny serving it has 4grams saturated fat so I decided to try and go lower in fat. Did I say YUKKKKKKKKK!!!! It tastes like burnt plastic. I threw the whole tub of it in the garbage.

The french toast eggplant sounds interesting. I bet you can make a nice eggplant piccata or franchaise or even rollatini that way too. I like savory more than sweet usually. Thanks for the idea!

Double yuck. That stuff is nasty! I've been known to use the real stuff if I'm eating it plain.

DD loves Sussex County. The World Trade Center tour is on her bucket list for the summer, so she will be in NYC at least once this summer.

Michelle
I only lose weight on PH2 when I dose with the HCG. So yesterday was my Second round but first low calorie day with the HCG. I am taking the real RX Hcg now so I am hoping I will not be as hungry as I was on the hemopathic.500 cal a day isn't much bit I don't need much witht eh HCG. It is only for 20 days this time then I am taking a vacation for a week then I will goback onit for another 20 days.If I can take it that long.Depends on how I loose.

When you go to PH3 and PH4 you do not take the HCG you have to maintain your weight within 2lbs of your last dose weight. I have done it .So it has been 6weeks since I have lost. But I should start losing again now

My ticker shows I have only lost 15.2lbs but that isbecasue I had to do 2 load days before starting HCG again. I had to eat high calorie and fat food. THat isbecasue my body needs it during the 20-40 days I am on HCG. It is sorta confusing but I have it figured out mostly now.

I really like it and I have lost better with it than with any thing I have ever tried! My DD has now lost over 100lbs with it in less than a year and she is amazing looking now!

Mia south beach sorella

please yell at my italian BFF about giving me the evil eye or a snide remark regarding my lo- carb approach. She doesn't have a weight problem she just don't get it. All she understand is the "traditional" approach to dieting where you eat tiny portions, obsessing with counting calories all the time.

If it bothers you, don't discuss it. I don't discuss my way of eating with anyone. My food choices are not up for discussion in any way. I do not tolerate any remarks or input. I have been know to tell people that it is none of their business what I eat. If they persist, I give them "THE LOOK" and that always shuts them up.

Your success will speak for itself.

All my skinny friends eat a ton of carbs and seem to watch their fat and calories! I really do not know what is the "right way", but what is right for one may not be right for the other. If you do not tell them, they may not even notice you are eating in a special way at all. If they really bother you just tell them you are sensitive to wheat. I really am and others seem to respect that when I turn down pasta or bread, cakes, cookies etc. They mean well.

I actually like phase one better! Adding things in on phase 2 makes me think too much, but it is a healthier way of eating! Good luck to you!

I usually tell them I am diabetic (which I do have diabetes2) and that carbs turn to sugar in your body so I am not suppose to eat them) That usually shuts them up too!I am not suggesting you lie just sayin

I have a friend that if she knows I am on a diet she always looks at my stomach.I guess she doesn't think I notice but I do.So I try no to even tell her. Gets aggravatingOr she'll say "So how much have you lost now"?
