muffin in a minute on SB?

Hi everyone- I've been doing Atkins and find that the Muffin in a Minute (made with flax seed meal) is a great addition to my available choices. Now I am switching to SB -- I want to focus more on veggies and leaner protein. My question is this: Does Muffin in a Minute fit with SB? Thanks so much for any help you can offer. I've been lurking here for a few days, but this is my first post. It seems like a great group.

Depending on how you make it, it should be ok. Count it as your serving of nuts for the day.

Thanks Rose. I make it with all legal ingredients, just wondering if 1/4 cup flax was okay. Counting as the nuts serving will make it easy.
