Hello...I am Kelly...47 5 ft 2 and 155...need to lose a good 20 lbs for starters.

Have tried so many diets including SB but now am committing to SB for good. Following basically phase 1 but allowing myself 1 piece of fruit a day...so quasi phase 1 I suppose.

Drinking lots of water and staying off the diet coke (used to drink 3 to 4) per day and I swear the aspartame makes me crave sugar and carbs.

Thought I would introduce myself. Thanks

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Cindy - yes it is NOT easy being 5 ft 2..and getting worse the older I get!

Did you lose a lot of weight following SB? I do think it is the most flexible healthy plan out there! Thanks
