Truthfully I think when anything is completely off limits you want it more. If you stick to something 90% of the time you are in good shape. This is the reason why I also track my calories. I know I mess up. I can not stick to anything 100% for more than a few weeks. Plus to tell the truth I enjoy and occasional potato or a bite of regular dessert. Some people do better with a bite or two of off plan foods and for some people it creates a disaster. I hope you enjoyed the Captain crunch! Just make sure you stop now and don't binge!

It is so weird. I hate sweets, but as soon as I know I can't have it I want it. That is why I find for me if I really want to I just have a bite or two and then move on.
