Whole grain english muffins

Is this the right or wrong ones for phase 2? Too many varieties and couldn't figure out which one. Also, Do I have one half of one or a whole one a day?

It can be confusing. What you are looking for is a muffin made with 100% whole wheat or other whole grains. For example, their multi-grain muffins are made with mostly white flour, but the packaging leads you to believe otherwise if you are not a careful label reader. They do make a 100% whole wheat muffin. When I run across them, I snag a few packs for the freezer. So, read the ingredients list and look for something made with 100% whole grain and no white flour. I would start with 1/2 of a muffin and see what happens. Don't forget that you can add starchier vegetables at this time, also.

Well, after another mishap, with yogurt this time. I think I did ok today. I have whole wheat, no white flour and yogurt without high fructose lol. I will get better with all the help here and since I have lost weight, something is working
