my intro
hi everyone! my name is Kelly and i'm not new to the South Beach diet, but i'm new to this forum. i had lost 10 lbs over the summer w/South Beach, and then joined Medi Weightloss and lost another 20 lbs., so i'm down a total of 30lbs., but i had to quit the program due to the high cost. so i'm starting up with South Beach again and am very excited! i also have Celiac disease, so i'm pretty used to low carb/no carb as i can't have wheat, etc. can't wait to jump right in!

Hi! I am looking at the SB WOE, I did Atkins for awhile and it worked well but now I need something else. I can't seem to kick my carb cravings and am highly unmotivated to get my butt to the gym or workout in general. I know, I'm kinda lame
I also did BFL but a lower carb version of it and that was also successful. I had some life challenges, financial challenges and am now desperately trying to get my eating squared away. I find my problem isn't eating too much, it's not eating enough or frequently enough. I am excited to give SB a try and hopeful my motivation for working out will return. I used to post daily on the BFL thread and it helped me to be held accountable, I'm looking to make a come back. Fun times. Best of luck and hope to chat with you frequently! |
