Hi Snow. I'm brand new to this whole thing. I just started a couple days ago and it's going pretty good. I haven't hoped on the scale yet...a little scared maybe. Haven't been on a scale since I was pregnant and that was 4 years ago. I don't even want to know!!
If my pants get looser on me then I will know I'm doing it correctly. My dad was on and off Atkins when I was growing up so I sure I've got it down. I also read the South beach book last week. So I'm good to go.What I was going to say is I made this hotdish thingy last night that was really good and simple. It was basically ground Hamburger/turkey, a head of cabbage and cheese. And a bunch of Italian seasonings. And garlic. It was really good and simple. Baked it for 45 minutes at 400. Cover on haft the time. |

I made taco soup yesterday (I think I found the recipe in the SBD Recipes and Meal Ideas). Good stuff!
