Yup, no carrots in Phase 1. Although I eat them about 5 days a week in Phase 2, since they are one of my favorite things to crunch on raw! (but only in small servings since they are so high in sugars...)
You may be thinking of tomatoes, if I recall, they used weren't allowed in Phase 1 in the old days. Now they are allowed... |

Thanks Judy, Rose and Wiz. Wiz you are right, I was thinking of tomatoes. The last time I did phase one was 2 years ago, so my memory needs to be refreshed. I just bought the new book and I dont see carrots under the approved veggie list. Thanks ladies.
