Phase 1 - Quorn
Hey!
So I have a "dodgeball tournement" in a couple of weeks time. I'm extremely self conscious anyway, so the prospect of wearing shorts in front of loads of people is a bit daunting. The tournements for charity so I'd really like to do it...ANYWAY, I've switched to phase 1 in preparation seeing as i need a detox from the old sauce. I've grown a little tired of meat to be honest, before i started south beach, my diet was very vegetarian based and I ate a lot of quorn...I started phase 1 two days ago and have had a couple of quorn sausages and a quorn burger in that time...I'm not sure if they're Phase 1 legal? Any enlightenment would be appreciated! Thanks, Dani x |

Been lurking quite a lot. Haven't had much to contribute! ALTHOUGH, i made eggplant lasagne yesterday night with all lower fat alternatives and it was fabulous!

We found a quorn roast our last trip to a real store. Haven't cooked it yet. You don't have to have a "lot to contribute". Most of us just ramble anyway. Just come visit.
