5 lbs down since Sunday...no sugar since Friday May2.

I had a packet of peanuts for snack instead of tuna salad, and Yogurt for dinner instead of planned meal. Had a migraine and no cooking for me.

Hello Everyone,

Thanks Teresa for thinking of me, I am still around. So busy these days with school and kids and work etc.., I usually just post on the vets board, I try to make it there everyday ,but sometimes I just cant find the time. I read the posts over here from you guys about once a week if I have the time to do so.

Things are going ok for me, I fell off the wagon a bit, gained back like 6 pds, but I am back on the right track now, trying to get back to siggy and get below it for my SoCal vacation coming up on the 24th of this month!! Woohoo cant wait for that warm sunshine.

School is going ok, I am about to finish up my financial management class, I will be glad when its over, I dont even know what my next class is, I guess I should look at my schedule and get my book purchased soon.

All I can say is for everyone to keep up the good work!! It pays off for sure.

TINA: You make me laugh a lot!! I like your warning to newbies not to follow your plan! Gotta love yah!!

VERO: Hey, how are your finals going? You are done before me I think?! My last week of finals is NEXT week. How about your move? When do you move?

WENDY: Great job on your 5 pound loss!! See...you knew what the problem was and you fixed it. I know it is definately difficult sticking to a menu sometimes. You are doing great and motivating me!! Wooo hoooo! Let's get our butts in gear!

Well Hi everyone. Today was interesting so far. Slept in a bit, went to the dentist....ooooooooh I hate the new high pitched electric tooth plaque scraper. What happened to the old fashioned hand scraper? Oh well...it was pretty quick though.

What else did I do....??? Oh, I went to lunch by myself and studied, then took lunch to DF, then came home and studied, and started reading SUPER CHARGED!! Yippee....I asked them to mail me a copy and I got my copy last week in the mail and they sent me the workout DVD, and the book on CD too. I am excited. I will be able to finish the book AFTER finals next week! I can't wait.

Well, that is about it for now. Kinda boring...sorry! Hope everyone is doing well.

We have the book and VHS tapes. People are now buying the program, "10 Years Younger in 10 Hours" on DVD. Then after a while you move to Supercallanetics. There is a thread on the exercise forum. Check it out.

Morning Beach babes!

Not much going on here. Work is still craaaaaazy! Didn't get any of my cooking done last night that I planned on doing. got a headache late in the afternoon so I just went home and vegged out! Read and watched a little of the boob tube.

Anyone got any good plans for mothers day?

Teresa - Just didn't want anyone to think I was doing the right thing eating regular bacon and chicken wings.

Hi everyone,

I am down another pound, so a little over 26.5 total! Couldn't believe my eyes, but I'll take it!

Turtle - I second Tina's comment on your stats. Way to go!

Wendy - sounds like you're doing great - congrats!

Teresa and Vero - just think how good it will feel when your exams are all over.

Kelly - good to see you here again

Batty - - do try the roasted garbanzos, they're a good salty crunchy thing

Hi to everyone I missed

I haven't been able to get my walk in for days for one reason or another, and it's been pouring since yesterday (including thunderstorms). I did manage to get some more gardening done in the last few days - got a dozen tomato plants (3 different kinds) and planted them, and planted about 1/3 of my flower seeds. Still so much to do...

I think I am going to have to check out this Callanetics business - I sure do have a lot of problem areas (in fact, ALL of them are! )

Have a great day, everyone!

Good morning!

Just a quick check-in, I'm off to NYC for a customer meeting (and lunch, which is always tricky...)

I got my 5-mile walk in just ahead of the heavy rain, so I got wet but not drenched But I now have 25 miles in the book this week, with 10 more to go for my 35 miles!

No change in weight, still down 26 lbs.

Hope all is well with everyone! My house renovations are supposed to be done today, I am not holding my breath, I think we are "close but not quite."
