My South Beach Before and During

Here are some before photos from 2004. I was approximately 210 pounds at the time. I'm sorry for the poor quality, but it was before I had a digital camera.

Here is me last June at approx 200 pounds.

Here is me recently at approx. 157 pounds.

My avatar is from 2 weeks ago.

I hope posting these photos will inspire others to try South Beach, as well as keep me focused on getting to goal!

Dani you look great and i look at your pictures and it lets me know i can do it.I can't wait to get back to 180(my weight I've been for 8 yrs.til this yr.).I am doing the short goals instead of big ones.When I get under 180 I'll be proud because its been awhile.I love coming to this site.It helps so much for me to know some one knows how i feel and it may not be a big deal (weight),to some but its a big deal to me.ya'll are great!!!
