Good Morning Everyone

Sounds like everyone is doing well. I haven't been OP lately so am going to go back to Ph 1 starting at lunch today (I had oatmeal for breakfast). I am up 2 pounds from my lowest but am not too worried about it. I have 12 pounds till goal!
We have a wedding coming up on the 17th and I want to be down a few more pounds before we go. I went out yesterday and bought a really cute summery dress to wear. I was so excited, I fit the medium I don't remember the last time I was in mediums. I am also wearing size 10 jeans that are feeling quite loose. I haven't been in the single digits since a year or two after I graduated high school.

Been a bit stressed lately which is why I haven't been OP as much as I should have been. I have an ultrasound on the 8th so hopefully it will show something and I will be able to get my pain under control.

Hope you all have a wonderful OP day

I made an amazing dish from scratch last night and i wanted to share it!

Mix Turkey Sausage, Red and yellow bell peppers in a wok, then a splash of Tabasco and low sodium soy sauce! It sounds too easy to be good but it turned out really good and my hubby loved it!

We went to the Bon Jovi and Daughtry Concert the other night, we were able to get a suite at the St. Pete Times Forum!! Thought I would share a photo!

Oh yea and Im in my semi skinny jeans!!!! very exciting!

Great pic Linsey. You are a cutie. So is he!

I bought the new book on pre-order and it was supposed to come w/ a DVD. It didn't. Thanks Amazon. That's the last time I buy from them. I need to read more. So far I see more info on exercise.

Ya'll have a good day!

Congrats on the 25 lb. mark Wiz and Twinmom!

Cute picture Lindsey! And congrats for getting into your semi-skinny jeans!

Rachel- Thank you for the compliment. I will see if I can scan a couple of "before" pictures this weekend and post them. Back in 2004 (when I was 210) I didn't have a digital camera.

Didn't weigh today. I was getting a little crazy with the daily weighing and was starting to check my weight at night too. I will weigh officially tomorrow for the weekend.

Just completed an hour of Callanetics. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!

Today:
B: yogurt, stevia, slivered almonds
S: string cheese
L: salad w/grilled chicken, chick peas, veggies
S: 15 almonds
D: turkey burger, avocado, tomato, salad
S: NSA fudgesicle

Hey ladies,

Went to my sis's house today, we went shopping and did some other stuff, i wasn't very OP, I'm contemplating doing phase 1.5, i don't think i have the will power to do phase 1,But for right now, starting tomorrow I'm gonna stay Op and exercise as much as possible and make myself a routine, drink more water and green tea, I'm having a graduation party sometime at the end of next month so i have that as a goal, I'm hoping to lose maybe 10lbs and tone my arms up, other than that all i really need is to trim my thighs, my biggest problem area.... anyways I hope everyone is well, have a good week girls!!

Nena

Rachel: Norma Jean is doing great, she's just about healed up, i may be adding another boston to my brood, A man is giving one away but he hasn't called me back yet, i'm hoping i get him

Hi to all!

Just stopping by for a second to check in after a few days. I've been on Phase 1 by the book since Monday, have now lost the 3.5 lbs. that I'd put back on, plus a little more (not quite to Wiz and Twinmom's 25 lbs. yet though--congrats!-- still 24 and a bit.)

Way too much work and not enough time, so bye for now and have a great day.

Arrgh! I wrote this lovely long post and then the workmen in my house shut down the power in the room where my wireless router resides. Ooops. Lost all communication, as well as my post.

No time to re-write now, but here is the cliff notes version:

Got size 12 jeans and capris yesterday! Yea!

Walked my 5 miles and ended the week down a total of 26 lbs (I'm telling you, renovating your kitchen is truly a weight loss tool )

I'll try to log back in later today to re-write all my individual replies. Sigh, nothing is easy around here.

Happy Friday!!

Hey,

Well today has been pretty good, i ate a whole grain English muffin for breakfast with some ham and (ff)mayo on it, I don't think there too bad,a lot of fiber! i prob wont eat them a whole lot since i'm trying to lower my bread intake, anyway i worked out like crazy today , I rode 5 miles on my exercise bike, did crunches, squats and a couple other leg exercises and did some arm workouts, I'm soooo tired...I haven't worked out like that in weeks, although I've been walking regularly, I hope i can break my plateau soon, I have no idea what i'll eat the rest of the day, i just know i'm not gonna cheat! Well i hope everyone has a good day, i'll check back later

Nena

Wiz and Momangel- WTG!!

Nena and Luisa

Where's everyone else?

TGIF!!

I had to go to the doctor's after work. I've had a small cold for the past 2 weeks and yesterday it seemed to get worse, was spitting up green phlegm. Turns out I have a sinus infection. Fun fun. I'm on amoxicilin for 10 days to clear it up. Nurse weighed me as 161, so I'm down a little bit. So far I've lost 3 lbs. this week. I'd love to lose another pound before Monday, since that will complete 2 weeks back on Phase 1. Then I'm going to move to Phase 1.5.

I am going to have dinner in a little bit and then will work out with my new pilates ring. The DVD is 40 min. long.

Have a good night!

Today's Eats:
B: yogurt, stevia, almonds
S: string cheese
L: salad w/grilled chicken
S: 1 T. NPB
D: chili w/cheddar and sour cream
S: NSA Fudgesicle

WTG Wiz! Great job

Nice job on logging in the miles every week walking too. I still need to jump on that wagon

OK. I finally went and bought the NPB. I bought Smucker's, since after reading the label it had the lowest grams of sugar. Only 1. I had been eating the Skippy reduced fat and that tastes so darn good-nice and sweet, that I was having a hard time just having 2 TBSP. Try twice that much. So not sure if that messed up my weight loss now this week. Guess I'll find out Monday. I'll try to be extra good over the weekend. I also found sugar free creamsicles made by popsicle. They are fat free too. I hope these are an acceptable dessert.

Wish me luck. Celebrating TWO bdays this weekend. My mom tomorrow and my friend's 13 yr. old daughter on Sunday. I keep telling myself bdays don't equal having to eat cake. I'll keep chanting that....LOL.

Long work day Thursday and today, so couldn't post earlier. Nite all! C'ya later! Enjoy the weekend!

Hi ladies!

I was in Chicago all day yesterday with DH picking up the Explorer we purchased. We got a good deal on it, but our insurance is going up A LOT with our new premium kicking in June 1st. I couldn't believe how much it went up. Well traffic was horrible in Chicago so we didn't even bother sticking around to do something fun. We just wanted to get the car and go because we were so tired. Eating wasn't OP, we just stopped wherever to get something to eat so we could get back on the road.

This week I have finals, and I can't wait for it to be over! I'm cleaning my house today, maybe mowing the grass, and running errands. I would love to get back into the gym this week. Our friend's wedding is one month and three days away and the dress that I bought for the wedding still doesn't fit the way I want it to, so I need to get my ass in gear.
Things here are gonna be chaotic because of our friend's wedding (DH is the best man), my sister's wedding, and our move...ay, ay, ay.

Rachel: I love the "I wanna look good in my dress" challenge Idea. I have two weddings coming up, one on June 6th and my sis's on July 4th.

Nena: Glad to hear your doggie is all better.

Dani: I still haven't gotten around to ordering that darn callanetics vid.

Lindsey: Thanks for sharing the recipe!

to all beachers!
Ok ladies, I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, BBL!

Good Morning Everyone,

had a good day yesterday, mostly OP. I did have one little splurge. I cooked a ham with mashed potatoes and all that good stuff for dinner last night. I skipped the potatoes but did allow myself a sliver of homemade apple pie I figured that would count as my 100 calories for sweets for the day. Now that I have that out of my system, DH and my DC have 3/4 of a pie to eat

going out for dinner and drinks with the girls tonight. I am going to allow myself one drink and that is it! Hope you all have a good day.

I'm going to go really slowly into adding the grains and fruit...maybe only 1 a day for a week. Sometimes when I go back to Phase 2, I add too many grains and fruit and my body can't handle it and I gain.

Momangel- love your new picture! Your family is so cute!!

Teresa- Missed you girl!! Welcome back!

Vero- ((((foot tapping))) Callanetics are waiting! I know you've been busy...just kidding ya...

Wendy- I can't wait to have a strawberry smoothie!

**knock knock**

Hello, everyone!

I'm a long time lurker, but wanted to post something to Britt.

I had the same type of problem a few years ago with my stomach. It was very painful for me. I had an abdominal u/s, which was negative. The pain persisted and my GI doctor performed a HIDA scan, which is the dye test that Wendy was talking about. I did not have any gallstones, but one of my ducts was kinked and blocking the flow of acids. I had to have my gallbladder removed even though it was not diseased and I had no gallstones. It's a painless procedure. There is also a related, but much less common problem, called Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction, that can create the same type of problems.

Take care and congrats on the the Val.

Rachel, I sent you an email, I didn't read this thread before I sent it to you and I got worried since I hadn't heard from you. Sooo thankful that your biopsy came back clear, girlfriend.

Okay guys, I'm back to stay. Tina, thank you sooo much for not forgetting me, that made me feel so special.

I got the new SuperCharge book on Tuesday, me and my DGD2 (she'll be 2 next month so we'll just say she's DGD2) went to Borders to get it and I got her a picture dictionary off the sale table. We came home and had about an hour and a half before I had to leave for
