Beans?
Should we limit beans? I thought they were okay in any amount since they are on plan, but I remember reading where someone said she ate way too many. I'm a little confused.

It doesn't say if you can use 1/3 - 1/2 p meal so that's kinda confusing, but I just stick to having them one meal a day. |

Hmm, I have this printed out and still missed that. Thanks. I was eating about 1 cup a day. I am hoping that this time around I really do this right. Thanks Tina.

I try to eat beans most days since there are so many varieties, don't wanna get bored, YKWIM? Plus there is an awesome recipe on the recipe sticky at the top of the page that I LOVE! If you are interested, it's called taco soup and it's toward the end of the thread, plus I posted my tweeks!

I eat a lot of taco soup. That is probably my favorite recipe. I eat mine with a little cheese, sour cream, and avacado. Yumm. Thanks, Tina.

Duh. I should have read all of the posts that I haven't caught up on. I didn't realize this discussion was already going on. Sorry about that
