Wendy,
What is on the loaded cauliflower? Sour cream, cheese, etc.?

The rest of your menu looks ok to me!

Hang in there! I'm hope Curves works out for you.

The cheese is minimal about 1-2T shredded. Then a TLB of RF sour cream and chives. This is for about a cup of caulifower.

Hi everyone,

I weighed myself yesterday morning and I gained 1.5 lbs!!! I knew the original 9 pound loss was too much for one week. The first time the number was the same 176, then it went to 177.5 the second and third time on the scale. I'm sooooo bummed. It's been so hard to not eat bread, rice, cookies, but it still went up?! Looking back, eating out W, R, F, Sa, and Su probably didn't help. Even though I ate healthy, you never know how they prepared the meal. Also, I noticed that I have been eating carrots, since they are in EVERY salad, and my salad on Sat. night had corn and I ate that too. ARGH.

Does anybody know if sugar free Smucker's apricot preserves is a no-no? I'm assuming it's not acceptable during phase 1 since it has fruit.

I'm not good with setbacks. Please help me stay on track. I think this is probably normal--what with water fluctuation and all.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm about mid-week 3 of Phase 1 today.

I'm swamped with work the rest of the week, but will try to log in as much as I can.

We can do it!
Thanks again for your support everyone.

The sugar free preserves are acceptable once you are on PH 2. You are correct, you cannot have them on PH 1 since they have fruit. I would not use it as a fruit replacement though. I usually have a TBS on a WW english muffin or toast. Hope that helps!

Hi Everyone...I am back again..thought I'd give Weight Watchers one more try and expect the results that I had six years ago. Now I know that is not going to happen and I can't handle the processed food I eat when I count points.

I just got my copy of South Beach Supercharged and am on page 26...I love these books! I do exercise a minimum of four days a week on my treadmill and drink a gallon of water every day, so I already have some good habits instilled in me.

I am carrying out the rest of today on WW and will start tomorrow with South Beach.

I am so glad to be home on the beach!
