![]() Lisa; look on the south beach weekly thread and look up the posts from teresa williams. She lost 150lbs and was featured in People Magazine. She is a dynamic, encouraging young lady and is such an inspiration to many of us. She also puts one leg on the SB wagon each week like on rest of us.Real and Very Encouraging. Hope this helps. |

Hi Lysa!
I have been doing SB for almost a year now and have never looked or felt better, if I do say so myself! I didn't have a lot to lose, but for me the maintenance part is the hardest. I have been doing it with SB because it's such a livable program. I came to it via Weight Watchers, Atkins, LC, GLD, back to WW, then the light bulb bulb went off.If you did it before, you can do it again!!!! There are alot of us around who have been successful!! |

Thanks so much for the encouragement!
![]() I have been doing WW for a bit...but just can't seem to get motivated. I KNOW the SB plan, I guess I just find myself leaning back to what I know! Thanks and will keep on reading and getting my head right with food! |

The thing I love about SB is you just jump right back in on Phase 1... Nothing to sign up for - no meetings to attend... No fee to pay. Just a trip to the grocery store and you are ready to go. Welcome back! I know you'll drop that weight in no time!

I Sooooo agree... and thanks for reminding me of that! I just need to make the switch back to SB...the only reason I went to WW, is I was hooked by a friends tremendous success. I allowed her to talk me into it, when what I should have done, was jumped back into PH I. Thanks for the input! SB is where I lost my first 50 #. It works!! ![]() Last edited by mlmagic : 03-18-2008 at 07:46 AM. |
