Im new
I been lurking on and off for a bit I did South beach diet phase one last year for er um 4 months and lost 70 pounds. I have been sort of maintaining but gained about 15 pounds back just i never went to the phase 2 and 3 parts of the diet. Im looking to get back on track and start over as I still want to meet my goals.
Anyways Im new and im looking forward to chatting and getting to know u all just I dont read every day but I am so thankful for the new list of foods I printed off a copy so I can get back on track again. I really love this diet and I dont really find it hard to stay on Im not a big food lover and i dont really need a lot of variety lol. I did a lot of my diet with the meals from the store as I dont like having to cook 2 meals it was easy for me to fix food for family and do my own thing. Plus i dont like to have to think about what to fix for me so that works really well as does the low carb burger at carls jr. <3<3<3 omg i always got it with out ketchup an pickle and i was in love and happy.
Im sure theres more i can tell u about me but thats it for now =P Anika
