Loves (newbie!) daily menus - please give feedback!
I plan to start SB tomorrow. Still debating on going to phase 2 since I have been on induction for 2 weeks and did Atkins for a year...I will be posting menus here if that is OK. Feedback is welcome until I get a better handle on what works!
Thanks! |

You should have something else in the way of vegetables for dinner.
The only thing I would take issue with is the yogurt. While it is artificially sweetened, it has corn starch, artificial flavors, etc. No real fruit. It would be better to use plain unsweetened yogurt and add some blueberries or strawberries, chopped apples and cinnamon, etc. In other words, jazz it up yourself with good, clean, real food ingredients. You are doing wonderfully! PS. Definitely add in your planned dessert. Right now, your calories are too low. Last edited by rose1 : 01-17-2008 at 03:09 PM. |
