i'm sold! i'm sticking to SB, BUT i'm still having problems...

let me start by saying that the results were so fast and soooooo obvious for me, i'm THRILLED BUT i have had the HARDEST time sticking to the plan!

i'm came straight off of atkins, took a day or two off and went straight to southbeach. in the one week that i did southbeach, i lost all of the back and waist fat that i couldn't shake on atkins and EVERYONE is suddenly (in ONE WEEK!) telling me how thin i am! they say too thin... but i'm not, i'm just tall...

the problem is that i've been having the hardest time sticking to the plan. i'm practically at my goal weight, i would like to lose about 5 more pounds just so that i have some room in my jeans to play with. plus, i think that the way of eating is a doable one.

the hardest part is coming from losing 20+ lbs eating such fatty foods on atkins. i got bored in the middle somewhere, but i really got used to eating that way...

i think i'm hungrier now. can anyone help me with this? i can see getting full on tons of vegetables...

great point... I am having this same situation. I think my issue is that my body is used to consuming all that fat from Atkins. Fat fills you up a lot quicker than healthy foods. Plus, you are eating more often on SB, just healthier foods. I think it takes a while for the brain to process all the changes. I am sticking with SB, because each day it seems to get a little easier. The more I know and ask questions, the more comfortable I feel.

i'm going to stick with it too. i can't even begin to post a menu lately because it's pure cheating. i wouldnt know where to start BUT i haven't been gaining...

i'm going to REALLY try to have a clean day today
